Thank you!!! This was an early d&b/r&b bootleg which sampled Case's "Touch Me, Tease Me". This was supposed to be the tenth release on Philly Blunt but unfortunately because of cleared samples it was never officially released. By looking closely on the run out groove "PB 010" is scratched out for the Rap cat no. It is unknown whether these were TP's that were rebranded and sold without Philly Blunt's blessing.
