I just downloaded and tested the archive on my end and was able to extract it successfully. You might want to try redownloading it or using a different extraction tool like 7zip. If the issue persists, please send me a screenshot of the error.

According to your screenshot you're validating part2 of the archive, and you shouldn't. Just extract or test part1 and part2 will be merged, extracted or tested automatically.

first part should be named like this: VA_-_The_Core_-_The_Very_Best_In_Hardcore_Darkcore_And_Gabber-(THORN_01)-2CD-FLAC-2006.part1.rar and the second part - VA_-_The_Core_-_The_Very_Best_In_Hardcore_Darkcore_And_Gabber-(THORN_01)-2CD-FLAC-2006.part2.rar
on your video i see you're extracting an archive with other name
